Most years we offer at least one Disciple Bible Study class. There are four classes that can be offered.
Participants read the scriptures and other readings assigned for the week and then meet at the church for a 2 hour session discussing the week’s biblical theme. During the week participants are encouraged to pray for each other and pray about concerns shared during the weekly study and also journal in their guidebooks. Disciple 1 is a 34 week study which is an overview of the Bible. Students begin at Genesis and read much of the Bible spending 17 weeks in the Old Testament and 17 weeks in the New Testament. Disciple 2-3-4 are 32 week studies of the Old and New Testaments and are challenging and thought provoking for the serious Bible student. Child care will be provided for all Disciple classes.
