Sunbury UMC is a great church!  We would love to have you come just as you are, but we love you enough to help you grow into the person God wants you to be.

We want you to be comfortable when you come on Sunday mornings.  People will join us wearing jeans or suits, shorts or skirts.  The classic 11:00 worship service probably sees more suits and ties while the 8:30 worship gathering sees more casual clothing.

The Sanctuary is in the worship center which is the south end of the building closest to Cherry Street.  Our Sunday School rooms are in the Ministry Center which is the north end of the building.  Signs will help you find your way to restrooms and around the building.  Look for the white and blue signs.

We are an open minded congregation, so don't check your brain at the door.  We know we are all sinners in need of grace.  And, we gather on Sundays to worship Jesus Christ who paid the debt we owe for sin.  Throughout the rest of the week, we offer Christian education experiences which will help you grow into the person God knows you can be.
